Valet service had its flaws. they couldn't even handle a stick shift. No reserved parking meant I had to park in a random garage down the street, making things inconvenient. Noise levels were a real issue, especially from the club next door—should really invest in better windows for the rooms. There were maintenance issues too. a broken lamp on the headboard wasn’t a good look and added to the overall feeling of neglect. Lastly, the pool was out of order, which is a letdown for a hotel with that amenity advertised.

I stayed here for two nights with my family, primarily to attend a concert at the nearby venue. The location was fantastic, allowing us to walk to the concert with ease.
